PatriArch Joh Seer @ Bishop Dr.Joh Seer received his divine calling in 1981. At the tender age of 17, the Lord Jesus Christ came to him in a vision and spoke to him that he has been called to be Christ's Evangelist. Since then Bishop Joh Seer has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus to thousands in crusades, seminars, and online media with signs and miracles in many Asian,Europe & Africa  countries.In 2017, Christ again came to him in a vision and spoke to him that he has been called into the apostolic ministry and the Lord began to send him to many parts of Europe, South Africa and many parts of Asia.

His prophetic mandate has led him to establish an apostolic & prophetic network around the world.He is currently spearheading the WORLD BISHOP COUNCIL FEDERATION @ WBCF ASIA which is based in Thailand.
